Early-access forms collect your name, business, email, mobile, trade, employee and field-worker counts, and current systems. Optional follow-up questions collect the business context you choose to provide. Contact forms collect your name, email, optional business name, enquiry type and message.
Why we collect it.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, manage early-access interest and understand which workflows matter to subcontracting businesses. Product-update consent is optional and recorded separately. Required form fields help us respond and assess your business needs; without them, the form cannot be completed.
How the website handles it.
Submissions are saved in our website database and made available to the IdealOS team. A notification is prepared for the business owner. When email delivery is connected, the notification is also processed by our email provider. Website hosting, storage and delivery providers process information as part of operating these services; this website does not promise Australian-only processing.
We also record the source page, campaign or referral details, consent choices and submission time. Browser session storage remembers attribution and your interest confirmation so optional follow-up answers can be linked to the registration. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit form abuse. Hosting services may retain operational logs.
Your choices and questions.
You can ask us about your information, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw product-update consent, or raise a privacy concern through the contact form. We will respond to the request and explain any information we need to retain. Do not include passwords or sensitive project records in a website enquiry.
